How long does it take to receive my door?
Standard production takes 2–4 weeks. Custom orders with special finishes or dimensions may take up to 6 weeks. We'll give you a precise timeline after your consultation.
Can I customise dimensions and finishes?
Absolutely. Every door can be tailored to your exact dimensions, with a full choice of wood species, lacquer finishes, glass inserts, and hardware.
Is there a warranty on your products?
All doors come with a 10-year structural warranty and a 2-year finish warranty. Hardware is covered by the respective manufacturer's guarantee.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Custom-made products cannot be returned, but we work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure complete satisfaction before production begins.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. Our certified installation team operates throughout Italy and select European markets. Installation is included in all full-project packages.
What materials do you use?
We work with sustainably sourced oak, walnut, and pine, alongside high-grade aluminium profiles for contemporary designs. All materials carry FSC certification.
Do you work with architects and contractors?
Yes. We have dedicated trade accounts with preferential pricing, project management support, and direct access to our technical team for specifications.
Can I see the products in person before ordering?
Yes. Our showroom in Milan is open Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00. You can also request material and finish samples to be sent directly to you.
